Hunt adds 2nd Albany office
For the second time is less than one year, Hunt Real Estate Corp. has expanded its footprint in the Capital District by acquiring an Albany-based agency.
Hunt has brought the TL Metzger Associates LLC, a firm with a significant presence in downtown Albany. TL Metzger had two commercial and residential sales offices in Albany and Loudonville. The Metzger offices will now carry the Hunt Real Estate corporate brand name in conjunction with its own moniker.
Hunt, last December, entered the Capital District market by acquiring the Empire Home Realty Inc. operation that has offices in Saratoga Springs and Queensbury.
“The combination of our two sales forces and the scope of services we offer to our customers will further solidify our presence in the Greater Albany Capital Region and lay an even stronger foundation for our future acquisitions opportunities,” said Eric Eckardt, Hunt Capital Region general manager and partner.
The Amherst-based Hunt has 33 branch offices in New York state, Phoenix and Sarasota, Fla.
